Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. During these days we will take three to six days from order confirmation to process the order.
Orders received during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the first day instead.
Once the order is packed, the parcel will be delivered to the carrier, which will then ship them to their destination. At the time of the order , the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times.
All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Delivery times may take from 3 to 5 working days from the order confirmation.
At the time of shipment, the tracking number will be provided to the customer to monitor the shipment status.
